We’ve got the resources, the experience and the systematic approach to take an idea from scratch and bring it to life. With your vision, we can help you develop target positioning, financial projections, kitchen equipment and design, uniforms, tabletops, recipes, menus and cost controls.
We have extensive pre-opening training programs, a solid set of policies and procedures for both staff and management and can even screen and help hire your entire restaurant team. On an ongoing basis RPI can run day to day operations for absentee owners, hoteliers, developers or operators who choose to distance themselves from a daily focus.
